Breakfast
Our rich breakfast buffet is the perfect start to the day. Various types of bread, homemade farmer bread, dairy products, fresh fruit, sausage and cheese platters, spreads, jams, juices and much more provide the energy for a wonderful holiday. You can also enjoy freshly prepared egg dishes with eggs from the Marxen organic farm.
Afternoon snack
After a strenuous hike, a nerve-wracking game of golf or a long day's skiing, there's nothing better than a coffee with a slice of home-baked cake. At our afternoon snack you can enjoy a variety of savoury and sweet dishes daily from 15:00 to 17:00. Water, juices and hot drinks are included.
Dinner
Our à la carte restaurant is open again in the evening. From Saturday to Tuesday, we will be serving tasty dishes, including traditional dishes, seasonal dishes of the day and specials from the smoker. Savour the dishes prepared with love by Christian, Lisa and Christof. You can look forward to many new creations.
